Ink Mona is a reinterpretation of an iconic image through light, ink, and contemporary materials. The work balances familiarity and distortion, using LED elements to shift the emotional focus rather than simply illuminate the image.
The portrait is printed on a flat surface and combined with sculptural LED details, turning a static image into a living object that reacts to its environment. Light here functions as a gesture — subtle, direct, and intentional.
